The correct answer is - গ) Work hard and you will succeed.

Simple Sentence থেকে Compound Sentence এ রূপান্তরের নিয়ম (যেখানে উদ্দেশ্য প্রকাশে to + verb বা in order to ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে):
Simple Sentence-এ যদি to + verb (যেমন: to succeed, to pass, to win ইত্যাদি) কোনো উদ্দেশ্য (purpose) প্রকাশ করে, অথবা যদি in order to ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাহলে এই বাক্যটিকে Compound Sentence-এ রূপান্তর করার সময় নিচের নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হয়:
- in order to + verb থাকলে, “in order to”-র জায়গায় “and (you will)” বসাতে হবে।
- to + verb থাকলে, "to" বাদ দিতে হবে এবং বাক্যটির পূর্বের অংশটিকে Imperative Sentence (আদেশমূলক বাক্য) হিসেবে রূপান্তর করতে হবে।
- এরপর "and (you will)" বসিয়ে বাক্যের দ্বিতীয় অংশটি যুক্ত করতে হবে।

• Examples:
Simple: You must work hard in order to succeed.
Compound: Work hard and you will succeed.

Simple: Do it in order to get money.
Compound: Do it and (you will) get money.

Simple: Study hard in order to pass the exam.
Compound: Study hard and (you will) pass the exam.

Other options:
ক) Work hard or you will succeed. – ভুল, কারণ “or” ব্যবহার করে বিপরীত অর্থ বোঝায়।
খ) You must work hard and succeed. – ভুল, কারণ এটি compound sentence নয়; এখানে “you will” যুক্ত করা হয়নি।
ঘ) Work hard to succeed. – ভুল, এটি simple sentence হিসেবে থেকেই আছে, compound sentence নয়।
