Who receives the prestigious Indian civilian award Padma Shri award this year?

Liberation War veteran Lt Col (retd) Quazi Sajjad Ali Zahir yesterday received Padma Shri, one of India's most prestigious civilian awards, in recognition of his contribution to public affairs.
Indian President Ram Nath Kovind handed over a medal and a citation to Zahir as part of Padma Shri for 2021 at a ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
