Who has submitted the report? (Make it passive)

- Active: Who has submitted the report?
- Passive: By whom has the report been submitted?

• Who যুক্ত Interrogative Sentence এর Active Voice কে Passive Voice এ পরিণত করার নিয়ম:
- Who এর পরিবর্তে প্রথমে By whom বসে।
- Tense ও Person অনুযায়ী Auxiliary Verb বসাতে হয়।
- Object টি Subject হয়।
- Tense অনুযায়ী Subject পরে be/being/been বসাতে হয়।
- মূল Verb এর Past Participle বসে।
- সবার শেষে প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন বসে।

• Note: Auxiliary Verb দুইটি হলে প্রথমটি Subject এর আগে এবং দ্বিতীয়টি Subject এর পরে বসে।
