Which sentence is the incorrect one?

It is time দিয়ে ৩টি Structure হতে পারে। যথা-  
It is time I did the work. (Present + Past) = আমার জন্য কাজটা করার এখনই শেষ সময়।  (উপযুক্ত সময় আগেই শেষ)
It is time to do the work. (Present + Infinitive) = [কোনো কর্তা নেই]
It is time for me to do the work. (Present + for + Sub Gi Objective form + Infinitive) আমার জন্য কাজটা করার এখনই উপযুক্ত সময়। 
It is time এর পরে Future tense বসে না। তাই ঘ অপশনটি ভুল।
