Which sentence is the correct one?

Abbreviation এর প্রথম অক্ষরের উচ্চারণের শুরু যদি Vowel এর মত হয়, তাহলে an বসে; আর consonant এর মত হলে ‍a বসে।
Miser হচ্ছে Common Noun. Common Noun – Singular হলে এর পূর্বে অবশ্যই Article বসে। 
quite + noun থাকলে quite + a/an +  noun বসে।
close, hurry, head-ache, cold ইত্যাদির পূর্বে ‍a বসে।
