Which sentence is the correct one?

I wish:
1) I wish + Past Indefinite (বর্তমানের আকাঙ্ক্ষা)
2) I wish + Past Perfect (অতীতের জন্য আক্ষেপ)
যদি Past Indefinite এ ‘be’ verb থাকে, তাহলে were হবে।

It is high time:
It is high time + Past Indefinite Tense হয়।

lest:
Lest এর পর should/might ব্যবহৃত হয়।

So that: 
Affirmative হলে:
 (Sub+ V1) + so that/ in order that/ that + (Sub+ can/may +V0)
(Sub+ V2) + so that/ in order that/ that + (Sub + could/ might +V0)

Negative হলে:
(Sub+ V1) + so that/ in order that/ that + (Sub+ will/may +V0)
(Sub+ V2) + so that/ in order that/ that + (Sub +would/ might +V0) – এ Structure অনুযায়ী বাক্যটা শুদ্ধ আছে।
