Which one is the shortest period of English Literature?

• The Romantic Period is the shortest period of English Literature.
-  ১৭৯৮ সালে William Wordsworth রচিত Lyrical Ballads এর প্রকাশনার মাধ্যমে Romantic Period এর সূচনা হয় 
- ১৮৩২ সালে Reformation Act এর মাধ্যমে এই যুগের সমাপ্তি ঘটে।
- এই যুগকে 'Revival of Romanticism' ও বলা হয়ে থাকে because the romantic ideals of the Elizabethan Period revived during this period.
- এই যুগের স্থায়িত্বকাল মাত্র ৩৪ বছর ( 1798-1832)

2. The Middle English Period (1066 -1500)
i) The Anglo Norman Period
ii) The Age of Chaucer

6. The Victorian Period (1832 -1901)
i) The Pre-Raphaelites: (1848-1860)
ii) Aestheticism & Decadence: (1880-1901)

7. The Modern Period (1901 -1939)
8. Present :- The Post Modern Period (1939 ) (latest period)
