Which of the following sentences is correct?

Neither ---- nor, either ----- or, not only ---- but also, not ---- but এগুলো দ্বারা দুটি Noun বা Pronoun যুক্ত হলে পরের subject অনুসারে Verb বসে।
যেমন-
- Neither Shahin nor Shafiq is qualified for the job.
- Either the manager or his assistants review the company's personnel needs.

• [Either/neither] + noun + [or/nor] + singular noun + singular verb.
- Neither the salesmen nor the marketing manager is in favor of the system.

• [Either/neither] + noun + [or/nor] + plural noun + plural verb.
- Neither John nor his friends are going to the beach today.

• Either ___ or, Neither ___ nor, Not only ____ but also এর সাথে দুটি Noun/ Pronoun এর মধ্যে একটি Singular ও একটি Plural হলে সাধারণত Singular টি আগে ও Plural টি পরে বসে এবং পরেরটি অনুসারেই Verb বসে। 

তাই Neither the leader nor the workers were present.- বাক্যটি সঠিক।
