Which of the following is correct?

♦ প্রশ্নটি করা হয়েছে It is high time এর পর verb এর ব্যবহার এর উপর ভিত্তি করে।

• It is time/It is high time এরপর যদি subject না থাকে তবে to + verb হয়।
Example of sentence: It is high time to stop corruption.

• It is time/ It is high time এরপর যদি subject থাকে তাহলে verb টি past tense এ হয়।
Example of sentence:
It is high time we stopped corruption.
