Which of the following is correct?

• It is time/It is high time এর পর subject থাকলে verb টি past tense এ হয়।
 - It is high time we stopped corruption.

• যদি এদের পরে subject না থাকে তবে to + verb হয়।
 - It is high time to stop corruption.

• যেহেতু It is high time এরপর এখানে subject হিসাবে we এসেছে, তাই এরপরের verb টি past tense এ হবে।
