Which Age of the English Literature is also known as the Age of Pope?

The Neo-Classical Period (1660-1785) তিনটি shorter period  নিয়ে গঠিত - 
১) The Restoration Period (1660-1700)
২) The Augustan age (1702-1745)
৩) The Age of Sensibility (1745- 1785) 

এই  তিনটি ছোট যুগ বা period এর মধ্যে The Augustan age is also known/called as the Age of Pope.
কারন এই যুগে অন্যতম সাহিত্যিক ছিলেন Alexander Pope  যিনি এই যুগে তাঁর লেখনীর দ্বারা আধিপত্য বিস্তার করেছিলেন।

তিনি একজন Mock Heroic Poet হিসাবেও পরিচিত।

Alexander Pope রচিত বিখ্যাত দুইটি গ্রন্থ হল -
-The Rape of the Lock (Famous Mock-Heroic poem)
- Duncan.

The Restoration Period - John Dryden হচ্ছেন The Restoration Period  এর বিখ্যাত English poet, dramatist and literary critic, যিনি তাঁর সময়ের সাহিত্যিক প্রেক্ষাপটে এতটাই আধিপত্য বিস্তার করেছিলেন যে তাঁর যুগটিকে the Age of Dryden হিসেবেও ধরা হয়।

এবং The Age of Sensibility is also known as the Age of Johnson after the name of Dr. Samuel Johnson who dominated the period.
