সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণকারী কর্মকর্তার সাথে যখন নিজের পরিবারের সদস্যদের স্বার্থ জড়িত থাকে, তখন তাকে কী বলা হয়?

Britannica Dictionary অনুসারে:
Conflict of interest:

 A problem caused by having official responsibilities that involve things that might be helpful or harmful to you.

অর্থাৎ, যখন একজন ব্যক্তির ব্যক্তিগত স্বার্থ (যেমন, পরিবার, বন্ধুত্ব, আর্থিক বা সামাজিক কারণসমূহ) কর্মক্ষেত্রে তার বিচার, সিদ্ধান্ত বা ক্রিয়াগুলির সাথে জড়িয়ে যায় তখন তাকে ‘স্বার্থের সংঘাত' (Conflict of Interest) বলে।
এটা শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত পর্যায়ের স্বার্থ বুঝায়।
