সহকারী জজ আদালতের সর্বোচ্চ আর্থিক এখতিয়ার কত?

⇒ দেওয়ানি কার্যবিধির ৬ ধারার বিধান: আর্থিক এখতিয়ার: অন্যত্র সুস্পষ্টভাবে বর্ণিত না থাকলে এই কোর্ডের বিধান কোন আদালতকে তার সাধারণ এখতিয়ারের আর্থিক সীমানার (যদি থাকে) অধিক মূল্য সম্পন্ন বিষয়বস্তুর মামলা বিচার করার এখতিয়ার প্রদান করবে না।

১.সহকারী জজ আদালতে (The Court of Assistant Judge)- ১৫ লক্ষ পর্যন্ত
২. সিনিয়র সহকারী জজ আদালতে (The Court of Senior Assistant Judge)- ২৫ লক্ষ পর্যন্ত
৩. যুগ্ম জেলা জজ আদালতে (The Court of Joint District Judge)- ২৫ লক্ষ এর উপরে

⇒CPC Section-6. Pecuniary Jurisdiction:
-Save in so far as is otherwise expressly provided, nothing herein contained shall operate to give any Court jurisdiction over suits the amount or value of the subject-matter of which exceeds the pecuniary limits (if any) of its ordinary jurisdiction.
⇒ The Civil Court Act, 1887 Section-19:
(1) Save as otherwise provided by any enactment for the time being in force, the jurisdiction of a Senior Assistant Judge and an Assistant Judge shall extend to all suits of which the value does not exceed 25 (twenty five) lac Taka and 15 (fifteen) lac Taka respectively.
(2) The District Judge shall transfer the suit or proceeding pending before the Joint District Judge Court or the Senior Assistant Judge Court to the competent court within 90 (ninety) days from the date of enforcement of the Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2021.
(3) If any suit or proceeding is transferred under sub-section (2), the suit or proceeding shall start from the stage at which it was transferred.
