What is 'Catastrophe' in Literature?

• The dreadful consequence of the story of a tragedy is called - - Catastrophe (আকস্মিক দূর্যোগ বা মহা দূর্ঘটনা)।
- এটি হচ্ছে কোনো tragedy এর শেষ দৃশ্য যেখানে action এর সমাপ্তি ঘটে tragedy এর hero এবং অন্যান্য চরিত্রের মৃত্যুর মধ্যে দিয়ে।
- Catastrophe mainly happens in Tragedies.
- প্রধান চরিত্রের করা কিছু ভুলের কারণে নাটকের শেষে তার উপর মহাদূর্যোগ আপতিত হয়।
- For example, Catastrophe takes place in the last scene of 'Doctor Faustus' in which Faustus begs for God's forgiveness but Lucifer drugs him to hell.
