We could not go out for a walk as the weather was bad- এটি একটি Complex Sentence. 
• Complex Sentence-  এর একটি clause- এর আগে as থাকলে তাকে Compound Sentence এ রূপান্তরিত করতে হলে 'as' তুলে দিয়ে তার পরবর্তী clause টি প্রথমে লিখে তারপর 'and' লিখতে হবে এবং প্রথম clause টি বসিয়ে দিতে হবে। 
• তাই সঠিক উত্তরটি হবে: The weather was bad and we could not go out for a walk.
