• While দ্বারা দুইটি বাক্যাংশ যুক্ত হলে -
- While এর পূর্বের অংশ টি past indefinite এ হলে, এরপরের অংশে past continuous tense হয়।
- while যুক্ত অংশটি Past continuous tense হলে অপরটি Past indefinite tense হয়।

• তাছাড়াও,
• After এর আগের অংশ Present Indefinite বা Future Indefinite হলে পরের অংশ Present Perfect tense হয়।
- আর after এর পূর্বে যদি বাক্য Past indefinite tense হয় তবে after এর পরে past perfect tense হবে৷
