The reality isthat the organization gained something in return. What kind of clause is the underlined one?

এখানে Subjective complement হিসেবে noun clause হবে।
যা বাক্যের Subject বা Object সম্পর্কে উদ্ভূত “কী” প্রশ্নের উত্তর প্রদান করে সেটাকে  Complement বলা হয়।

Complement দুই ধরনের হয় –
i) Subjective Complement: 
- The fact is that he will never come.
- My belief is that he will pass the exam.

ii) Objective Complement: 
- We made him captain.
- I made him what he wanted to be.
 
N.B. Word হিসেবে Adjective সাধারণত noun এর আগে অথবা linking verb - এর পরে বসে, কিন্তু Adjective Clause - এর অবস্থান সবসময় noun এর পরে হয়। linking verb - এর পরে যা বসে তা Noun Clause হয়ে যায়।
