The literary term 'Pun' refers to -

• Pun or Paronomasia - 
- A play upon words which are similar in sound but different in meaning
অর্থাৎ pun হচ্ছে শব্দের এক মজার ব্যবহার যেখানে একটি শব্দ দুটি ভিন্ন অর্থে ব্যহৃত হয়।

• ইংরেজি সাহিত্যে বিভিন্ন সাহিত্যিকেরা তাদের লেখায় এমনকি তাদের লেখার শিরোনামেও Pun এর ব্যবহার করেছেন।
যেমন - 
- The title of Hemingway's famous novel, Farewell to Arms has a Pun on it.
- এখানে Arms দ্বারা যুদ্ধ বা অস্ত্রের পাশাপাশি প্রেমিকার হাতকেও বোঝানো হয়েছে।


অন্য অপশন গুলোর মধ্যে - 
• The perspective from which the narrator tells his story - Pont of View.
• A foot of two unstressed syllables - Pyrrhic.
• A figure of speech in which two contradictory words are put together - Oxymoron
