- Allusion, in literature, an implied or indirect reference to a person, event, or thing or to a part of another text.
- কোনো বিখ্যাত ব্যক্তি বা ঐতিহাসিক ঘটনাকে পরোক্ষভাবে উপস্থাপন করা। এছাড়া বিষয়ভেদে একই বস্তুর বিভিন্ন দৃষ্টিকোণের দর্শনে যে সৌন্দর্য সৃষ্টি হয় তাকে Allusion বলে।
