"Study well or you will fail." [Make it simple]

- Compound: Study well or you will fail.
- Simple: In case of your not studying well you will fail.

• 'Or' যুক্ত Compound Sentence কে Simple করার নিয়ম:
- প্রথমে Without/in case of বসে।
- বিপরীত ধারণা বুঝাতে possessive + not বসে।
- প্রথম বাক্যের মূল verb এর সাথে ing যোগ হয়।
- verb এর পরের অংশ বসে (যদি থাকে)।
- দ্বিতীয় বাক্য/বাক্যাংশ বসে।

- 'Or' যুক্ত শর্তবোধক বা বিপরীতার্থক দুটো compound বাক্যের simple করতে হলে সাধারণত 'in case of বা without' ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Structure: or + clause → In case of + possessive + not + gerund.

• More example:
- Compound: Work hard, or you will not succeed.
- Simple: In case of your not working hard, you will not succeed.
