- এ জাতীয় Adverb গুলো ক্রিয়া সম্পাদিত হওয়ার স্থান নির্দেশ করে।
- 'Where' প্রশ্নের জবাব যে word থেকে পাওয়া যায় তাকে Adverb of place বলে।
- Home, abroad, here, there, nowhere, everywhere ইত্যাদি Adverb of place কে নির্দেশ করে।
- এরা verb এর পরে, direct object হিসেবে অথবা sentence এর শুরুতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

- এ Clause, Principal Clause-এর কাজের উদ্দেশ্য নির্দেশ করে।
- এ Clause so that, in order that, lest ইত্যাদি Conjunction দ্বারা শুরু হয়।
