♦ Than যুক্ত comparative sentence কে positive করার নিয়ম: 

- প্রদত্ত sentence এর than এর পরের অংশ প্রথমে বসে। 
- verb বসে। 
- not বসে। (মূল sentence টি affirmative হলে কিন্তু মূল sentence টি negative হলে not উথে যায়।)
- so বসে। 
- comparative degree এর positive form বসে। 
- as বসে। 
- প্রদত্ত sentence এর প্রথম subject বসে। 

• Affirmative sentence - এর positive degree - তে ‘as...as’ এবং negative sentence - এ `so...as’ ব্যবহৃত হয়।
