• 'Or' যুক্ত Compound sentence কে Complex sentence এ পরিণত করার নিয়ম:
- প্রথমে If বসে,
- subject + do not বসে,
- প্রদত্ত প্রথম clause টি বসে,
- comma (,) + দ্বিতীয় clause টি বসে।

- Compound: Leave now, or you’ll be late.
- Complex: If you do not leave now, you’ll be late.

- Compound: Work hard or you cannot prosper in life.
- Complex: If you do not work hard, you cannot prosper in life.
