Setting up National Emergency Operation Center (NEOC) Initiatives have been taken to set up a state-ofthe-art National Emergency Operation Center (NEOC) to combat earthquake and other Mega Disasters. Different donor agencies have been contacted to build this building with a capacity to bear earthquake on the Richter scale 7.0. Soon, this will be implemented by a project.
