সাধারণত, wishes, hopes, desires, or suggestions বোঝাতে optative sentence ব্যবহৃত হয়। এই ধরনের বাক্যগুলোকে passive sentence রুপান্তরিত করার সময় নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলো খেয়াল রাখতে হবে:

- Identify the subject of the active sentence.
- Move the subject to the end of the sentence, preceded by the preposition "by".
- Replace the verb in the active sentence with the appropriate form of the verb "to be" followed by the past participle of the main verb.
- Maintain the optative mood in the passive sentence.

For example:
- Active: May he solve the problem.
- Passive: May the problem be solved by him.

অতএব সঠিক বাক্যটি হবে: Let the project be finished by us.
