Identify the right form of the verb.It is necessary that he (follow) the safety guidelines at all times.

• শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক উত্তর হবে - follow
- Complete sentence: It is necessary that he follow the safety guidelines at all times.

• It + be (any tense)+ adjective + that + subject + verb simple হয়।
- যে adjective গুলো ব্যবহৃত হলে এই নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য হবে - advised, necessery, important, recommended, urgent, obligatory, required, imperative, mendatory, proposed, suggested.
- এই সমস্ত verb গুলোর সাথে -s/-es/-ed/-ing/-d/-t -কিছুই যুক্ত হবে না।
- American English অনুযায়ী should ও ব্যবহৃত হবে না।

• আবার, 
- Subjunctive mood - এর নিয়ম অনুসারে require এর পর that + subject থাকলে সেখানে verb এর base form হয়।
• Verbs যেগুলো Present Subjunctive হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- Command, ask, advise, demand, decree, insist, move, prefer, propose, request, require, suggest, stipulate, urge ইত্যাদি।

Some example: 
- The judge insisted that the jury return a verdict immediately.
- The doctor suggested that he not smoke.
- We proposed that he take a vacation.

• তবে,  Subjunctive verb গুলোর পর that না থাকলে to + verb এর base form হতে পারে।
- যেমন - We urge him to complete the task as soon as possible.
