- Had better যুক্ত sentence past tense এর হলেও তা মূলত past tense নয়।
- এ জাতীয় বাক্যগুলি মূলত একটি উপদেশ বা suggestion প্রকাশ করে।
- Had better এর পর infinitive to বসে না।

• Structure: Subject + had better/would better/had rather + verb এর base form.
