I need this book. Here this is a/an -

Determiner এর প্রধান কাজ হচ্ছে noun/pronoun কে determine করা, অর্থাৎ Noun/Pronoun এর নির্দিষ্টতা, অনির্দিষ্টতা, সংখ্যা, পরিমাণ ইত্যাদি নির্ধারণ করা।

Determiners can be of following types - 
Articles (নির্দিষ্টতা, অনির্দিষ্টতা ) - a, an, the 
Demonstrative (ইঙ্গিতসূচক নির্দিষ্টতা)- this, that, these, those 
Possessive (অধিকারবাচক নির্দিষ্টতা)- my, your, his, her etc.
Quantifier (সংখ্যা বা পরিমাণবাচক)- some, few, one, two etc. 
 
প্রদত্ত বাক্যে this, book - noun কে ইঙ্গিত করে নির্দিষ্ট করে determine করেছে। 
তাই এখানে  this - Demonstrative Determiner.
