যে verb এর object আছে তাকে transitive verb বলে৷
Object সর্বদাই Noun অথবা Pronoun হয়। তাই বাক্যে verb এর পরে Noun অথবা Pronoun থাকলে verb টি সাধারণত transitive verb হবে।
এখানে leaves এর object হিসেবে the books রয়েছে তাই এটি Transitive verb.
Tips: যে সকল verb এর পরে it/him বসালে বাক্য অর্থপূর্ণ হয় তারাই হচ্ছে transitive verb.
