He said, “Let me have some milk”. The indirect form of this sentence is-

Reported speech “let me” দিয়ে শুরু হলে indirect করার সময় said/wished/desired হবে
এবং that + sub + might/should + V এর (base form) বসবে।
১ম ও ৩য় option এ he এরপরে let ব্যবহার হয়েছে যা সঠিক নয়।
২য় অপশনে subject এরপরে should/might নেই, তাই এটিও ভুল।

সুতরাং, সঠিক উত্তর - ঘ) He said that he should have some milk.
