দুই জনের মধ্যে তুলনা করার structure টাতে যদি of the two /between a and b এ রকম থাকে, তখন comparative degree এর পূর্বে the বসে। 
অন্যদিকে, 
খ- এখানে most হচ্ছে adverb, কারণ এটা like - verb কে Modify করছে। আর Adverb এর আগে কোন Article বসে না। 
গ- নদীর নামের আগে the বসে। তাই The Padma হওয়া উচিত ছিল।
ঘ- man শব্দটি জাতিবাচক হিসেবে মানুষ বোঝালে তার আগে কোনো Article বসে না। তাই Man is a rational being হবে।
