- Example: Neither the chairman nor the member are present.

• Either --- or, Neither --- nor দ্বারা যুক্ত Subject যদি ভিন্ন Person এর হয় তবে Verb টি শেষ Subject অনুযায়ী নিবে।
- Example: Neither he nor his friends are present in the class.

• Subject ভিন্ন Person এর হওয়ার কারণে Verb টি শেষ Subject (the employees) অনুযায়ী প্রদত্ত Sentence টিতে Plural Verb হিসেবে Are বসেবে।

• Correct Sentence: Either the manager or the employees are responsible for the mistake.
