• যেসব transitive verb সরাসরি তাদের object-এর সাথে যুক্ত হয়, তাদের পরে preposition প্রয়োজন হয় না।
- যেমন: reach, resemble, violate, discuss, resign, sign, investigate, recommend, order, command, enter ইত্যাদি transitive verb এর পর কোন preposition বসে না, সরাসরি object বসে।

• "Discuss" অর্থ: আলোচনা করা; কোনো বিষয় গভীরভাবে বিচার ও সে-সম্পর্কে যুক্তি উত্থাপন করা।
- "Discuss" একটি transitive verb, যা সরাসরি object গ্রহণ করে। এর পর কোন preposition বসে না।
