উল্লেখিত প্রশ্নের Passive voice হচ্ছে Why was my proposal not agreed to by you?
• কোনো বাক্য যখন WH word যেমন: Who, Which, whom, where, when, why, whose, whom, and how দিয়ে শুরু হয় তখন passive voice  WH-word দিয়ে শুরু হয়ে থাকে।

• Active voice থেকে passive voice করার নিয়ম:
Wh word + auxiliary verb + subject + Verb in participle form + others.

Example:
Active Voice: Why did you not agree to my proposal?
Passive Voice: Why was my proposal not agreed to by you?
