Saying this, he went away. (Compound)

• Participle যুক্ত Simple sentence কে Complex Sentence এ পরিবর্তন করার নিয়ম:
- Simple sentence এর প্রথমে verb + ing যুক্ত থাকলে 
- প্রথমে বাক্যের Subject লিখতে হয়।
- তারপর (verb +ing) এর পরিবর্তে Sentence টি যে tense এ রয়েছে সে অনুযায়ী verb লিখতে হয়।
- এরপর and + বাক্যের বাকী অংশ অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

- Simple: Saying this, he went away. 
- Compound: He said this and went away.
- এ বাক্যে প্রথমে Subject - he বসেছে।
- যেহেতু sentence টি past indefinite tense এ রয়েছে 
- তাই সে অনুযায়ী verb এর past form said বসেছে।
- এরপর and + বাক্যের বাকী অংশ অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

• এ জাতীয় আরোও একটি উদাহরণ হচ্ছে -
- Simple: Hearing the news, she started weeping.
- Compound: She heard the news and started weeping.
