বার কাউন্সিল আদেশের ৩৬ অনুচ্ছেদ অনুযায়ী কতদিনের মধ্যে ট্রাইব্যুনালের আদেশের বিরুদ্ধে আপিল করতে হবে?

⇒ The Bangladesh legal practitioners and Bar council orders 1972 অনুচ্ছেদ ৩৬ অনুযায়ী ট্রাইব্যুনালের আদেশের বিরুদ্ধে ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে হাইকোর্টে আপিল করতে হবে।
-এই আপিল বার কাউন্সিল নিজে অথবা অভিযুক্ত আইনজীবী স্বেচ্ছায় করতে পারেন।

⇒ The Bangladesh legal practitioners and Bar council orders 1972: Article-36. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order of a Tribunal under Article 34 may, within ninety days from the date of the communication of the order to him, prefer an appeal to the High Court.
(2) Every such appeal shall be heard by a Division Bench of the High Court which may pass such order thereon as it may deem fit and the order of the High Court shall be final.
