According to the question,
remaining profit after paying 30% working partners commission = (K - 12000)

∴ (K - 12000) × (30/100) = 12000
⇒ (K - 12000) = 12000 × (100/30)
⇒ (K - 12000) = 40,000
⇒ K = 40,000 + 12,000
∴ K = 52,000

so, Total profit = 52,000 TK
